HVAC Systems

Chilled water Plant systems
The plant room comprises of all the important components of the chilled water air conditioning plant. These include the compressor, condenser, thermostatic expansion valve and the evaporator or the chiller. The water chilled in the chiller is pumped to various parts of the building that are to be air conditioned.
DX System
In the DX system the air used for cooling the room or space is directly passed over the cooling coil of the refrigeration plant.
VRV systems
Variable refrigerant flow (VRF), also known as variable refrigerant volume (VRV), is an HVAC technology invented by Daikin Industries, Ltd. in 1982. Like ductless minisplits, VRFs use refrigerant as the cooling and heating medium.
pumping system
Constant speed pumps drive the flow through the primary (chiller or boiler) loop. A separate secondary pump delivers variable flow to the secondary loop and two-way valves are applied to control flow through each zone.
Thermal storage system
Thermal energy storage (TES) is a technology that stocks thermal energy by heating or cooling astorage medium so that the stored energy can be used at a later time for heating and cooling applications [4] and power generation. TES systemsare used particularly in buildings and in industrial processes.
Hot water generator
Hot Water Generator, is the efficient and cost-effective way to generate hot waterinstantly. Instatherm is a packaged type, silent and instant hot water generator. Hot Water Generator can be pressurized or non-pressurized depending on the required temperature of water.
Ventilation systems
The ventilation aspect of your home's HVAC system is comprised of the flue and vent pipes. It might also involve a fresh air intake pipe or vent. The fresh air intake helps to bring the heated air to the correct temperature before it isdistributed throughout the house.
Clean room technology
Typically used in manufacturing or scientific research, a cleanroom is a controlled environment that has a low level of pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors.
District Cooling System
District cooling system(DCS) distributes thermal energy in the form of chilled water from a central source to multiple buildings through a network of underground pipes for use in space cooling.
Heat recovery & cooling
Heat recovery ventilation works independently of your normal heating system. These flow past each other without mixing physically but the heat is drawn from the stale air to the cold air, which is then fed back down into the pipes and into the rooms. The stale air, minus its heat, is then expelled into the atmosphere.
FIREFIGHING SYSTEMS

Fire Pumping System
A fire pump is a part of a fire sprinkler system's water supply and powered by electric, diesel or steam. Alternately, other fire hoses reels or other firefighting connections are opened, causing a pressure drop in the fire fighting main.
Fire Hydrant System
Fire hydrant pump systems (also known as fire pumps, hydrant boosters, firewater pumps) are high pressure water pumps designed to increase the fire fighting capacity of a building by boosting the pressure in the hydrant service when mains is not enough, or when tank fed.
Wet Sprinkler System
A wet pipe sprinkler system is a sprinkler system employing automatic sprinkler heads attached to a piping system containing water and connected to a water supply so that water discharges immediately from sprinklers opened by heat from a fire.
Water Curtain System
A water curtain is defined as a line of closely spaced sprinklers (or a single sprinkler) in combination with draft stops that are intended to retard the passage of fire through an opening.
Deluge Valve System
Deluge systems deliver large quantities of water, over a large area, in a relatively short period of time. They are commonly used in fixed fire protectionsystems whose pipe system is empty until the deluge valvedistributes pressurised water from open nozzles or sprinklers.
Pre-action System
The system's discharge is a two-step process: First, the innovative detection systemidentifies smoke or heat, which activates a pre-action valve that allows water to flow into piping and effectively creates a wet pipe sprinkler system. Second, individual sprinkler heads release to let water flow onto the fire.
Fire Alarm & Detection System
A fire alarm system has a number of devices working together to detect and warn people through visual and audio appliances when smoke, fire, carbon monoxide or other emergencies are present.
Gas Detection System
A gas detector is a device that detects the presence of gases in an area, often as part of a safety system. This type of equipment is used to detect a gas leak or other emissions and can interface with a control system so a process can be automatically shut down.
Gas Suppression products
Gaseous fire suppression, also called clean agent fire suppression, is a term to describe the use of inert gases and chemical agents to extinguish a fire.

RO Plants

Effluent Treatment Plant
Industrial wastewater treatment describes the processes used for treating wastewater that is produced by industries as an undesirable by-product. After treatment, the treated industrial wastewater (or effluent) may be reused or released to a sanitary sewer or to a surface water in the environment.
Pressure Sand Filter
The Pressure Sand Filter consists of a multiple layer of sand with a variety in size and specific gravity. These Filters are designed to remove turbidity and suspended particles present in the feed water with minimum pressure drop. These Filters are custom designed to suit the process requirement.
Carbon Filters
Carbon filtering is commonly used for water purification, air filtering and industrial gas processing, for example the removal of siloxanes and hydrogen sulfide from biogas. It is also used in a number of other applications, including respirator masks, the purification of sugarcane and in the recovery of precious metals, especially gold. It is also used in cigarette filters and in the EVAP used in cars.
Chlorination Units
Water chlorination is the process of adding chlorine or chlorine compounds such as sodium hypochlorite to water. This method is used to kill certain bacteria and other microbes in tap water as chlorine is highly toxic. In particular, chlorination is used to prevent the spread of waterborne diseases such as cholera, dysentery, and typhoid.
Softening Plants
Water softening is the removal of calcium, magnesium, and certain other metal cations in hard water. The resulting soft water requires less soap for the same cleaning effort, as soap is not wasted bonding with calcium ions. Soft water also extends the lifetime of plumbing by reducing or eliminating scale build-up in pipes and fittings. Water softening is usually achieved using lime softening or ion-exchange resins but is increasingly being accomplished using nanofiltration or reverse osmosis membranes.

RO Plants
A reverse osmosis plant is a manufacturing plant where the process of reverse osmosis takes place. Reverse osmosis is a common process to purify or desalinate contaminated water by forcing water through a membrane. Water produced by reverse osmosis may be used for a variety of purposes, including desalination, wastewater treatment, concentration of contaminants, and the reclamation of dissolved minerals. An average modern reverse osmosis plant needs six kilowatt-hours of electricity to desalinate one cubic metre of water. The process also results in an amount of salty briny waste. The challenge for these plants is to find ways to reduce energy consumption, use sustainable energy sources, improve the process of desalination and to innovate in the area of waste management to deal with the waste. Self-contained water treatment plants using reverse osmosis, called reverse osmosis water purification units, are normally used in a military context.
Industrial RO Plant
There are many uses of water in industry and, in most cases, the used water also needs treatment to render it fit for re-use or disposal. Raw water entering an industrial plant often needs treatment to meet tight quality specifications to be of use in specific industrial processes. Industrial water treatment encompasses all these aspects which include industrial wastewater treatment, boiler water treatment and cooling water treatment.
SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS AND RECLAMAITION SOLUTIONS
Resilient's Sewage Treatment Plants are engineered not only to provide performance excellence for meeting stringent discharge compliance but also to harness the potential of sewage as a valuable resource.
